Shipping policy

Please contact USPS with any questions about tracking your package as they will be more help locating any packages.Once an order has shipped, Athena Grace Company is no longer responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, damaged or stolen. I highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout. 
Please expect a 5-8 business day transit time after your order has shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS. Upon order fulfillment, you will receive a tracking number.

TAT ( Turn Around Time)

RTS Items


Ready to ship items will be shipped within 3-5 business days unless stated differently under the item.

Customs And HandMade Items


All handmade and custom items will ship within 7-14 business days unless stated differently. If it will be longer than stated TAT you will be emailed and updated about new TAT.

Pre- Orders


Pre-orders can take anywhere between 2-3 weeks then will take 3-5 business days once they have been delivered to us. We will make sure to keep you updated on TAT as we know more.
 
Orders will always be shipped within the stated turn around time. TAT consists of business days ONLY (no weekends or holidays).
